Lesson #1: Tighten the string on your shorts.
Lesson #2: Learn how to run again.
Lesson #3: Pat yourself on the back for knowing that without holding your shorts up with one hand, you'd have a much more embarrassing story to tell...
I am so glad that's over. Aren't you?
My only question is, what are you supposed to do with the bat?
ReplyDeleteYou can "throw" the bat gently, you cannot hurl it at someone...Haha.
DeleteHaha. I love this. And I admire you for sharing this. My most embarrassing moment is tied up in a little bow and never to be opened.
ReplyDeletehahaha this made me laugh so much but I am glad the shorts didn't fall off.

Me too! How embarrassing!
DeleteYikes!! I played softball one night for my husband's company team and the softball hit me in the foot and I cried. He was the one who was embarrassed, I was just a baby!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I am sorry you got hit in the foot. A student almost got hit in the head with the ball and my facial expression was priceless. I was in shock!
Deletehahah! Oh, I would so throw the bat too!
ReplyDeleteAt least if gives you a good laugh. Like I always tell my husband {and now my son} "If this is the worst thing that happened to you today - I think you will be fine." :)
ReplyDeleteThat is honestly great advice!
DeleteHaha love it. I would not do well at baseball so good for you for playing!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deleteoh boy, hope you laughed it off afterwards.
